He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John O'Hara and Clara "Worthington" O'Hara; his spouse Shirley Elizabeth (Johnson); his sons, Michael (Diane) of Detroit, MI, Wayne (Grace) of Somerville, Mass, Brian (Judith) of Jamestown, RI, Brett of Providence, Dale (Sherri) of Narragansett, RI and Jason of Seekonk, Mass.; his siblings, Robert J. O'Hara (Brenda) of San Diego and Irene Foster; and his cousin England. He was also cherished by 16 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, 14 nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 the funeral will be private and a memorial /celebration of life will be held in the summer or fall of 2021.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
