He was predeceased by: his wife Joan A. Bezak (Leyden); his parents, Matthew J. Bezak and Emily Bezak (Balbaton); and his son John M. Bezak. He is survived by: his daughter Susan M. Taft (Douglas) of Woonsocket; and his grandchildren, Holly Azeredo (Bezak), Austin Taft, Emily Taft and Amanda Taft.
