James Weeks Obituary
It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved James Weeks of Narragansett, Rhode Island, who passed away at the age of 82, on April 4, 2025. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Earl Weeks and Mary Florence Weeks (Beck); his siblings, Luther Weeks, Ethan Weeks, Daniel Weeks and Ellen Weeks; and his grandson Nicholas Duckworth.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Weeks; and his children, Colleen, Michelle Hayes (Ben) of Woodbury, James, Earl Weeks, Jr. of Narragansett and Kristin O'Malley (Halvorson) of Narragansett. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and five great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Avery-Storti Funeral Home (88 Columbia St, Wakefield, RI 02879). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Veronica Chapel (1035 Boston Neck Rd, Narragansett, RI 02882).
