He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip E. Peters and Elizabeth Peters (Muldoon); and his sister Jane Lyell. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Peters (Rowley); his sons, Philip J. Peters (Jen Soong) of Davis, CA and Mark E. Peters (Erin) of San Francisco, CA; his sister Marilyn Peters of Braintree, MA; his grandchildren, Owen, Zoe and Andrew Peters; and his siblings, Philip Peters, Jr., Rosalie Marie Cederlund, Louise Gleason, Judy Peters and Kenneth Peters.
