He was predeceased by: his parents, George T. Mulvaney and Ethel Mulvaney (Garvin); his daughter Elizabeth Conley; and his sisters, Carole and Marjorie Mulvaney.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Mulvaney (Duxbury); his son Christopher Mulvaney (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Ryan and Addison Mulvaney; and his nieces, Erica Cumps and Jennifer Medina.
