He is survived by: his wife Sharon Smith (Taylor); his sons, Nicholas Adam Smith of Providence, Zachary Charles Smith of East Greenwich, Alexander Jeffrey Smith of East Greenwich and Eric Taylor Ims of New Jersey; his sister Kathy Smith; and his pets, Taylor and Buckley.
