He was predeceased by: his parents, Ashley Hooper and Hilda Hooper (Maker). He is survived by: his wife Teresa L. Hooper (Gafner); his children, Shawn R. Hooper (Tina) of Hatfield, PA, Deborah M. Stephens (David) of Virginia Beach, VA, Craig A. Hooper of Norfolk, VA and Kelley A. Hannah (Donovan) of Charlestown; and his grandchildren, Casey L. Hooper and Christopher Ashton Hooper.
