He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Pucci and Shane Cybulski; his sibling Margorie Richardson; his grandchildren, Alina, Niccolo Pucci, Ava, Gryffin Cybulski and Karen Cybulski; his children-in-law, Alessio Pucci and Novelyn Aquino Cybulski; and also Warren Richardson.

In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations in Cy's name to St. Jude's Children Hospital.
