He was predeceased by: his parents, Milfred Champlin, Sr. and Pearl B. Champlin (Reels); and his siblings, Milford "Mickey", Craig, Gary Champlin, Barbara Sekator, Shirley Christy, Gloria Fry and Cynthia Champlin.
He is survived by: his siblings, Douglas W. Champlin, Virginia Perry, Sheila Champlin-Levy, Donna Maddox and Gail Champlin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Avery-Storti Funeral Home (88 Columbia St, Wakefield, RI 02879). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
