He is survived by: his wife Norma Hayden; his children, Amy Hayden and Timothy Hayden; his brother James Hayden; his granddaughters, Sara Rainone and Lindsey Hayden; his great grandchildren, Ella and Jameson Rainone; and his daughter Melissa Cavanaugh.
In lieu of flowers, Coke asked that donations be made to the Diabetes Association in memory of his two daughters, Sarah and Melissa.
