He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph D. Allen and Florence L. Allen (Durkin); his stepchild Frankie A. Marrocco; and his brother Dennis J. Allen. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Marrocco-Allen (Maldonado); his siblings, Nancy Allen Santucci (Anthony) and Kevin J. Allen (Carleen Doorley); his nephew Allen Santucci; and his nieces, Julia and Olivia Santucci.
