With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol A. O'Neil (Narragansett, Rhode Island), born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on September 10, 2020 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence W. Allen, Jr. and Margaret F. Allen (Baker); and her brothers, John Bradford Allen and Richard Allen. She is survived by: her husband John "Jack" J. O'Neil; her children, Deborah Lysik (late Stephen), Susan Palmer (David), Joanne Bichun (David), Karen O'Neil (Tim), Kathy Wilson (David), Maureen O'Neil Golding and Kevin O'Neil (Kathy); her grandchildren, Matt Lysik, Brendan, Gregory, Kyle Palmer, Michael, David, Jennifer Bichun, Tyler, Ally Wilson, Haley, Connor Golding, Jack and Caroline O'Neil; her great grandchildren, Jacob and Joseph Palmer; her brother David (Dolores); and her siblings-in-law, Dan O'Neil (Beverly), Patricia O'Neil and Mary Ellen Juthapan (Pramot).
