He was predeceased by: his parents, E. Leroy Keinard and Emma Elaine Keinard (Foreman); and his grandson Adam Joseph Parrillo. He is survived by: his spouse Gayle C. Keinard (Schlegel); his children, Steven Barry Keinard (Karen) of Pittsburgh, PA, Christine Elizabeth Parrillo (David) of Midland, MI and Sharon Elaine Voyentzie (Gregory) of Cohassett, MA; his grandchildren, Elaina, Jackson, Brianna, Sarah, Alexander and Eric; and his siblings, L. Scott Keinard and Cheryl Fink of Reading, PA..
