He was predeceased by: his wife Louise Hogan (Deschane); his parents, Thomas Hogan and Esther Hogan (Waterhouse); and his brother Robert Hogan. He is survived by: his children, Linda A. Hogan of Wakefield, Thomas A. Hogan of Narragansett and Holly Hogan Spencer of Burriville; and his grandchildren, Shaun Hogan, Jessica Russell, Nicole Spencer, Peter Spencer, Samantha Spencer, Andrew Russell and Jody Russell Hume. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Mary Star of the Sea Church, 864 Pt.
