She was predeceased by: her husband James W. Axon; and her parents, John Rakiec and Michelina Rakiec (Pucik). She is survived by: her children, Thomas J. Axon, Robert J. Axon, James J. Axon and Carole A. Seguin; and her brother Frank Rakiec. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
