He is survived by: his spouse Rosemary Smith (Heibel); his children, Eric Smith (Melissa), Todd Smith (Tina), Jennifer Coleman (David) and Amy Fallon; and his husband Jack. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and two step grandchildren.
