He was predeceased by: his parent Reginald Johnson; and his grandchild Daniel Sileo. He is survived by: his spouse Maryanne Shaw; his parent Ethel Hemmerle Johnson; his daughters, Anne Johnson Crone of Coventry, Caroline Sileo of Greer and Martha Johnson Larence of Bolton; his grandchildren, Brittany Fehskens, Emily Crone and Grace Larence; and his brother Ronald Johnson of Owensville.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his honor to Redwood Library in Newport.
