He was predeceased by: his parents, George S., Jr. and Virginia Foster (Dunlap); his sister Deborah Rossignol; and his niece Vicki Foster. He is survived by: his pet Stormey; his daughter Nicole Foster of Meriden, CT; his grandchildren, Jackson and Giuliana Kolej; his brothers, George Foster III of Epsom, NH and Ronald Foster of Groton, CT; and his former wife Cathleen Foster (Skinner). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
