She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice Ahern and Nancy Ahern (O'Gorman). She is survived by: her husband James Benedict Cottrell; her children, Kerrie (Michael) of Jamestown, Ben (Anna) of San Diego, CA and Brian of Middletown; and her grandsons, John and Robert of San Diego.
