He was predeceased by: his wife Ann-Cathrine Lewander; his daughter Maria Lewander Androutsos; his sister Barbro Lewander; and his parents, Stig Lewander and Rut Lewander.
He is survived by: his significant other Sigrid Schoenebeck; his partner's children, Jessica and Yuri; his brother Jan Lewander; and his grandsons, Joel and Filip. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
