It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John B. Tilley (Middletown, Rhode Island), born in Newport, Rhode Island, who passed away on May 1, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Tilley and Elizabeth Tilley (Quinn); his wife Grace Dalton Tilley; his sons, Michael and James Tilley; and his sister Eileen Tilley Boiani.
He is survived by: his children, Lynda Volz (Jim), Dyan St. Germain (Neil Gossen), Paul Tilley, Arthur Tilley, Susan Tilley Moniz, Patrick Tilley (Stephanie) and Mathew Tilley; and his niece Vivian Robinson (Ernie). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren, as well as nieces and nephews.
