Rafferty (Middletown, Rhode Island), born in Newport, Rhode Island, who passed away on October 19, 2018, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse William J. Rafferty; her parent Ernest J. Stary; and her sibling Ernest J. Stary. She is survived by: her parent Florence M. Stary (Ufford); her children, Nancy E. Rafferty, William P. Rafferty of Greenville, RI and Peter E. Rafferty (Tracy) of Middletown; and her sibling Anna Marie Murphy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
