He is survived by: his sons, Richard Sparta (Megan Surber) and Donald Watkins (Julie Anderson); his siblings, Robert Watkins, Alan Burke, Joseph, Eddy Woehrle and Hazel Lynn; and his grandchildren, Johnny, Rylie, Brielle and Avery. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
