Richard Mahar Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 7, 2020, Richard Mahar of Matunuck, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard W. Mahar and Mary C. Mahar (Moran); and his brother Robert J. Mahar. He is survived by: his wife Virginia F. Mahar (Dempsey); his children, John R. Mahar (Tracy) of Coventry, Michael T. Mahar (Melissa) of Pawcatuck, CT and Thomas P. Mahar (Donna) of Hope Valley; and his grandchildren, Mikaela, Madison, Makenzie and Nicholas Mahar.

Limited seating and social distancing must be observed. Interment in St. Joseph Cemetery, West Greenwich will be private.
