With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Julia Abate Labanca (Manville, Rhode Island), born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on March 24, 2018 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse James LaBanca; her parent Luigi Abate; her child John LaBanca (Kittie); and her siblings, Elizabeth Perrotti, Mary Colavolpe, Rose Abate, Lena Barulli, Anthony, Joseph and Louis "Junie" Abate.
She is survived by: her parent Rose Cammarota Abate; her children, James LaBanca (Patricia) and Richard LaBanca (Joyce); her grandchildren, James LaBanca (Joan), Elizabeth Kannenberg (Tom), Tricia Enright (Larry), John LaBanca (Nicole), Michael LaBanca (Elaine), Steven LaBanca (Gina), Christina Levere (Chris) and Alex Levere (Amanda); and her sibling-in-law Rose Abate.
