It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine A. Picard of Manville, Rhode Island, born in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, who passed away on December 25, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Picard and Edith Picard (Tranquilli); and her brother Ronald Picard. She is survived by: her brother Domenic Picard of Mapleville; and her nieces and nephews, Mckenzie Picard of Johnston and Zachary Picard of Johnston.
