He was predeceased by: his wife Eleanor R. Cotton (Bessette); his parents, William Cotton and Florence Cotton (Larocque); his brother Norman J. Cotton; and his son-in-law John Gargano.
He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Gargano and Susan Cotton (Terry Cotton); and his granddaughter Katelyn Gargano. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
