He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Foster and Alice Foster (McGowan); and his sister Barbara Foster. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Foster (Gardner); his sons, Walter of Waynesboro, TN, Bruce (Sheri) of Lincoln, Wayne (Paul Vermette) of Delray Beach, FL and Jeff (Sandra) of Bradenton, FL; and his sister Shirley Simpson of St. Peterburg, FL.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
