Ware and Phyllis Phillips; his sister Dorothy Hayward; his stepchildren, René Bertha Fester of Lake Stevens, WA, Tamara Juliet Carty of Warwick, RI, Alyson Gloria Falk of Warwick, RI and Jason William Fester of Lake Stevens, WA; and also Juliet Crandall (San Souci).
