Watkins; her children, Esther Watkins, Sandra Baety, Sally Watkins Horan, Christine Kozak, Rosemarie Watkins and Ira F. Watkins Jr.; her siblings, Jack Witt, Nancy Torres, Ralph Witt, Jennie Cartier and Thelma Sousa; her brother-in-law Bertrand Cabana; and her siblings, Joe Witt and Betty Cabana. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
