He is survived by: his wife Charlene Burrell Hazard; his stepchildren, Sheritta Burrell, Eugene Burrell, Lavon Mason and Devon Mason; his siblings, Linda Hazard, Benjamin Hazard Jr. (Joana Hazard), Ernest Hazard, Marcia Hall, Milton Hazard, Michael Hazard, Anthony Hazard, Steven Hazard and Donald Hazard; and his godson Russell Burrell. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
