He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances H. Phaneuf and Anne E. Phaneuf (Cassidy); and his wife Dina T. Phaneuf (Savastano). He is survived by: his daughter Christine; his son-in-law David Tice of Lincoln; his children, Robert F. Phaneuf of North Kingstown and Dina M. Ethier of Woonsocket; and his grandchildren, Brianne, David, Robert Elliot, Nicole, Elizabeth, Nicholas and Steven.
