He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brothers, Ronald Briere of Florida, Richard Briere of Florida, Emile Briere Jr. of Florida and Raymond Briere of Florida; his children, David Wayne Briere (Maria Briere) of Salem and Brenda Marie Briere of Lincoln; his grandchildren, Steven Robert Briere of South Windsor and Samantha Ann Rancourt of Pawtucket; his great grandchild Alexander John Charbatji; his wife Elizabeth May Briere (Chretien); his stepchildren, Brenda Deforest of Attleboro, Marilyn Oddo of Lincoln, John Deforest (Deborah) of Attleboro, Dennis Deforest (Denise) of New Hampshire, Donna Rowan of Mapleville, RI., Kenneth and David Deforest; and his father Emile. He was also cherished by 17 step-grandchildren and 19 step-great-grandchildren.
