He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Allen and Ethel Allen (Richardson); and his siblings, Richardson "Dick", Shirley, Constance, Howard "Earl", Ruth, Jack, Estelle "Dolly", Jean and Ann.
He is survived by: his children, Douglas H. Allen and Lynne E. Davis (John) of Riverside; and his grandchildren, Samantha, Bennett Allen, Casey and Jessie Davis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Bob would smile down from heaven if you took the love of your life out for a nice dinner.
