We are sad to announce that on December 9, 2020, Otis E. Decosta (Lincoln, Rhode Island), born in Providence, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sisters, Courtney Reels and Blanche Bliss; and his niece Naomi DeCosta. He is survived by: his parents, Lorraine M. DeCosta and Otis Bliss; his stepmother MaryJane of Providence; his sister Valerie Champlin Dorene Smith (South Kingston); and his nieces and nephews, Jermaine and Joy Robinson. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
