With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Oliveiro Pereira (Lincoln, Rhode Island), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 26, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Oliveiro farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Oliveiro is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eduino Pereira and Ana Pereira (Fernandes); and his daughter Nui Pereira. He is survived by: his wife Manuela Pereira; and his sons, John Pereira and Carlos Pereira. He is also survived by three stepsons, a stepdaughter, four grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild, three brothers, a sister and many nieces and nephews.
