He is survived by: his siblings, Robert, Richard, Anne and Sharon; and his nieces, Hailie and Sadie. He is also survived by his daughters as well as many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Normand was encouraging and supportive to my family through my husband's illness and passing last March. I will never forget him-his beauty, his gifts to the world and especially the gift of friendship we shared. I contacted him at midnight several hours before my husband passed-he prayed with us.
