She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. Kelly and Teresa Kelly (Murtagh); her husband John F. Gomes; and her siblings, John Kelly (Sally), Dolores Kelly and Bernadette Favata.
She is survived by: her children, John Tweedly (Lorna) of Warwick, Russell Tweedly (Karen) of Pawtucket, Gary Tweedly of Central Falls, Mary Sherratt (Kyle) of Swansea and Colleen Fonseca (Steve) of Pawtucket; and her brother-in-law Tony Favata of Coventry. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Keefe Funeral Home (5 Higginson Ave, Lincoln, RI 02865). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John Paul II Parish (755 Central Ave, Pawtucket, RI 02861). A burial will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at the Notre Dame Cemetary (359 Daggett Ave, Pawtucket, RI 02861).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Jeanne Jugan Residence in Pawtucket, RI.
