Sarkas of Lincoln, Rhode Island, born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, who passed away on April 21, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Elias Sarkas; her parents, Henry Potuchek and Yvonne Potuchek (Tousignant); and her brother Raymond Potuchek. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly DiStefano of Cranston, Dr. Jennifer Sarkas of Pawtucket and Louis Sarkas of Yarmouthport, Mass.; and her sister Gail Bessette of St. Petersburg, FL. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
