It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margarida Mello (Lincoln, Rhode Island), who passed away on November 21, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Melo and Fernanda Melo (Sousa). She is survived by: her children, Scott Mello and Tammy Simas; her husband Joseph B. Mello; her son-in-law Raymond Simas; her granddaughter Rockell Simas; and her siblings, Maria "Connie" Pratas, Fernanda Merigan, Maria Iovino and Joe Melo. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
