He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joseph Ventura, Thomas Howland, Robert and Theresa (Choinierre). He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Ventura and Janet Phillips (Jones); his grandmothers, Marylou Ventura and Margaret Howland; his sister Rhiannon Motta (Phillips); his niece Nyla; his nephew Matthew; his girlfriend Stephanie Forester; and the mother of his children Kristi Snyder.
