He was predeceased by: his parents, James M. Donnelly, Jr. and Ruth Donnelly (Flavin). He is survived by: his wife Barbara S. Donnelly (Banik) of Lincoln, RI; his sons, James M. Donnelly IV of Delmar, NY and Stephen B. Donnelly of Lincoln, RI; his siblings, Nancy Culpepper of Boston and Peter F. Donnelly of Portland, ME; his nieces, Jennifer Culpepper of Wakefield, RI and Maeve Donnelly of Portland, ME; and his great-niece Lily Culpepper of Wakefield, RI.
