She is survived by: her children, Alfred L. Whitehead of Woonsocket, RI, Angela E. Whitehead of Pawtucket, RI and Andre W. Whitehead of Rancho Cucamonga, CA.; and her grandchildren, Jermaine Whitehead-Bailey, Krystal Crawford, Ambrose Mendes, Enrico Davis, Ashleigh Whitehead and Jordan Whitehead. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and good friends.
