He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles G. Scoggins and Ella R. Scoggins (Haile); and his brother Ronnie Haile. He is survived by: his spouse Michele Scoggins (Jarvis); his children, Brooke Nelson of Corona, Sara Fathree of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Patrick Scoggins of Cincinnati and Matthew Scoggins of Devens, Massachusetts; and his sister Connie Sutton. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
