He is survived by: his mother Judith Bouffard (Turner) of Woonsocket; his brother Jeffrey Bouffard of Brookline, Massachusetts; and his stepsiblings, Rachel Bouffard of Pawtucket, Tina Marie Bouffard of Manville, Debra Lynn Bouffard of Woonsocket and Richard Bouffard of Cumberland.
