She was predeceased by: her spouse Francis J. Kulik, Sr.; and her parents, Charles E. Campbell and Aurore Campbell (Blanchette). She is survived by: her children, Karen Martin (William Martin) of Charlestown, RI, Kristine Lynch (Thomas Lynch) of Greenville and Francis J. Kulik, Jr. (Karen Kulik) of Greenville; and her siblings, Yvette Campbell, Normand Campbell, Mabel Campbell, Lauretta Campbell and George Campbell. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
