With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Fernanda C. Camara of Lincoln, Rhode Island, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 17, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Abel and Deodata Camara (Botelho); her son Eduardo Cardoso; and her siblings, Maria Dos Anjos Puga, Maria José Lima, Manuel Camara and Domingo Camara.
She is survived by: her children, Grace C. Carvalho (Paulo) of Lincoln, Nelson Cardoso (JoAnn) of Lincoln and John Cardoso (Jodi) of North Providence; and her siblings, Gabriel Camara of Rhode Island, José Camara of Rhode Island, Carlos Camara of Rhode Island and Serafina Camara Rodrigues of South Carolina. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Perry-McStay Funeral Home (2555 Pawtucket Ave, East Providence, RI 02914). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
