He was predeceased by: his father Nikolos Dernikos. He is survived by: his daughters, Helen Dernikos of Providence, RI and Bessie Dernikos of Miami, Florida; his granddaughters, Nicholetta, Hope and Alexis Dernikos of Providence, RI; his great grandchild Emeri Alcedo; his sister Angela Sukatos of Cumberland, RI; and his nephews, George and Nickolas Sukatos. He is also survived by other close friends and family.
It was Louie's wish that any memorial tributes be made in the form of charitable donations to the Assumption Greek Orthodox Church of Pawtucket, RI.
