He was predeceased by: his wife Joanne Neil (Heaney); his parents, Lillian Neil and William Neil of Attleboro, MA; his stepmother Helen Neil of Attleboro, MA.; his sisters, Phyllis Pelland (Neil) and Barbara Agnew of California; and his nephew Tracey Pelland (Michael Merolla).
He is survived by: his children, Dawn Neil (Lester Duncan) of Barrington, RI, Kelly Neil (Brian Hatch) of Attleboro, MA, Candace Neil of Pawtucket, RI, Cindy Neil (Thomas Kenney) of Pawtucket, RI, Donald Neil Jr. (Heather Neil) of Johnston, RI, Christopher Neil (Duo Neil) of Newton, MA and David Neil of Providence, RI.; his grandchildren, Addison, Aiden Neil of Johnston, RI, Kaeleigh and Kaeden Neil of Newton, MA; his brother William Neil (Stella Neil) of California; and his stepsister Mary McDonald of Attleboro, MA.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
