She was predeceased by: her husband Patrick J. Szlashta, Sr.; her parents, Frank Oleska and Sophie Oleska (Nowak); her son Patrick J. Szlashta, Jr.; and her sister Josephine Cluin.
She is survived by: her grandson Patrick J. Szlashta III; her great grandchild Samuel D. Szlashta of Lincoln; and her siblings, Helen Corredora, Pauline Sullivan, Lucy Kwolek, Kathryn Alward and Tony Oleska.
